What To Expect When You Call Us For Service…
If you are a first-time customer, your service call rate will be reduced from $89 to $69!

If the repair is $500 or above, we will waive the service call fee.
Our service call fee includes diagnostic and up to one hour of labor. Time starts when we arrive at your home or office.

If we diagnose and fix your problem within one hour (with no required parts), there would be no extra labor charge. Flushing drain lines, not included.

After we diagnose your A/C problem, our technician will go over what the cause was if possible and any recommendations that might prevent the same thing from happening again. We believe in educating our customers so they can make educated decisions.
Our service call charge is good for 30 days!
In the rare event there is a callback for some reason or the problem is difficult to diagnose, we’ll come back to reevaluate it at no additional charge! For example, sometimes for a refrigerant leak, we would need to come back for another visit if we aren't able to find a leak.
